My step grandmother is in town. Mom is being a massive brown noser. They’re all pretty much ignoring me completely, so I’m just hanging out in my room.
It doesn’t feel like I’m graduating tomorrow. Really tomorrow doesn’t feel like it’ll ever come and when it finally does it won’t be anything special. But instead it”ll be here in a few hours and it’ll be a really important day-for my family. Not really me. No one has cared what I wanted or anything, but have just been worried about themselves. Like my dad just wants me to go to him before my mom on graduation. My grandmother wants me to do a thousand things to make sure she can see me at graduation, like changing seats which of course I can’t. My brother wants me to hang out with him afterwards and my mom wants me to do my make-up really dramatic and dark and wear heels and blahblahblah- and the list goes on.
I guess I shouldn’t complain, but I just wish they would realize that tomorrow isn’t a day to prove to their ex wife that their daughter loves you more. Or to gloat that their daughter is the one with dark purple eye shadow that stands out.

No prejudice at all on their part.
No Sim hates another because of weight. Or height. Or physical appearance. Or clothes. Ever.
No Sim hates a couple if they happen to be of different colours. Nor does anyone hate gay/lesbian relationships. Or straight.
We may put such things in our stories because in our world, such isn’t true. But the Sims themselves just don’t have that reaction.

10,837 notesMy mom left after my first award and didn’t see my second. She said she was sick, but she seemed to be acting quite a bit. I started crying when I saw my dad after the thing, and that was embarrassing. Chief Soria saw me. That was weird.
I just wish she would seem to care more. I know I’m not a those spectacular students who got 5 awards today, but I try, right? Whatever, it’s not a big deal.
